In this position, you will:
- Be the remedy to our customers suffer by technical problem in our hosting products and services consist of domain, web site, control panel, database, email and dedicated server. You will provide technical assistance to them through helpdesk and phone calls.
- Monitor server status to ensure they are working on optimum performance.
- Perform weekly and monthly server maintenance.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology
or equivalent.
