Requirements

To be eligible for BizSpark, the eligibility requirements are minimal. Your startup:

• Is in the business of software development.
• Is privately held
• Has been in business for less than 3 years
• Has less than US $500 000 in annual revenue

Notes:

1. Enrollment is free, just pay a USD $100  program offering fee at program exit.
2. The software-based product or service (even using open source code) must form a core piece of your business; you cannot be in the business of providing services to others such as hosting, web agency, system integration or outsourced development.

How to Join

Check to see if you qualify the requirements– most privately held software development startups in business for less than 3 years that are generating annual revenue under USD $1 million can join.
