A second level domain name (2LD) is a shorter domain name (e.g 'exabytes.my') as compared to a third level domain name (3LD) (e.g. 'exabytes.com.my'; 'exabytes.org.my').

Am I qualified to register for this domain?

Sure you are! If you are a Malaysian or you are the owner of a registered company in Malaysia, you can immediately apply today. Don't forget, application is based on first come first served basis. Don't miss this chance to get your intended domain name.

What else do you need in order to register .my 2LD?

Yes you will need to write down your domain name on your supporting document/IC then fax (04.6308288) or email (domain@exabytes.com.my) to Exabytes. You may refer here for acceptable company supporting documents.

If you are using existing registrant Mynic handle, you do not need to provide us the supporting document again.

Notes:

• If you are the owner of registered company, the supporting document you need to submit to us are Form D / 24 / 49.
• If you are a Malaysian, all you need is that you are above 18 years old and you have an Identity card.
