Is there a limit on how many products the eCommerce online catalog can support?
The eCommerce online catalog doesn't have any limit on maximum number of products. You can add in as many products as you wish. The only limit will be your hosting account’s disk space and bandwidth limit.

Can I change website templates from time to time?
Yes. You may change your web site templates any time.

Can I upload my preferred images to replace images from the website templates?
Yes. You may upload your own images to replace images from the website templates. You may do this via Site Builder CX Editor.

Is there any payment gateway included?
Different customers has different needs, hence there is no payment gateway included with our EBox hosting packages. To apply one, please refer next FAQ below:

How can I accept credit card and online payments?
In order to accept credit card and online payments, you need an Internet Merchant Account. There are many Internet Merchant Account providers out there; however following Internet Merchant Account Providers are compatible with Site Builder CX eCommerce online catalog:

If we do not plan to accept online payments; after buyer clicks on check out button, we want him to be directed to our proforma invoice wherein is given the instructions to bank in the payment for the order. Buyer will be able to print out the proforma invoice for reference. Can EBox do this?
This is supported. When you check out your shopping cart, you can choose following option:
  • Pay Online Via Credit Card
  • Request For Quotation
  • Print Purchase Order

Can I upgrade my existing EBiz hosting package to EBox?
You may upgrade from your existing EBiz shared hosting package to our latest EBox hosting package.

What are the procedures to upgrade to EBox?
Please find the steps as below:
  • Contact Customer Service Department and confirm your upgrade.
  • Exabytes will setup a new EBox hosting account for you which is hosted on different server.
  • You need to point your domain DNS to your EBox server.
  • Terminate your old hosting account once your domain DNS is fully propagated.
