	Step 1 – Requirement You must own either Bulk Reseller account *, dedicated server or shared hosting plan with Exabytes®.
	Step 2 – Application Fill out the application form and submit it to iPay88 by post, fax or email to Email: ksyee@ipay88.com.my Fax: +603-9130 1126 Address: iPay88.com Customer Service, 63 & 65, Jalan Jejaka 7, Taman Maluri, 55100, Cheras. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Along with the application form, attach the supporting documents as per described in the ipay88 application guideline, photocopy of the latest invoice of your ExabytesÆ dedicated server, reseller or shared hosting plan and the receipt of the corresponding invoice. The application form can be downloaded at here. iPay88 will take a week to evaluate the application after receiving it. Once the application is approved, iPay88 will create a merchant account for the client and the account info will be sent via email.
	Step 3 - Integration & Testing You may refer to iPay88's "ePayment Technical Spec" as integration guideline. You need (or their IT developer) to contact iPay88 IT personnel. You need to provide iPay88 IT Team their request URL (URL3) and respond URL (URL4). Once integration is done, proceed to testing. To execute the testing, just create a dummy product at RM1 and buy it online by using own credit card.**
	Step 4 - Live Account To activate the account, you must contact iPay88 Operation personnel. The account only can be activated when you have fully complied with all requirements stated in "Website Compliance Check List".

Section D: What are Pmt Request URL (URL3) and Pmt Request URL (URL4)?

Pmt Request URL (URL3) - This will be the URL of merchant e-commerce website checkout page before connecting to iPay88 server to pass over the details to iPay88.
Pmt Request URL (URL4) - This will be the URL of merchant web page where iPay88 will redirect client to after they completed the online payment process with iPay88.

Section D: What does "Recipient Email Alerts" mean?

iPay88 will send out email to merchant and customer once the payment successfully authorized by bank as payment acknowledgement. This is called "Email Alert". Recipient Email Alerts refer to merchant's email address that would like to receive the payment acknowledgement from iPay88. The email tells merchant someone has paid to him.

Section F: What is the difference between the types of E-Commerce Model? Is there any additional charge between the types? Which should type our customers select?

Following is the explanation for each type of E-Commerce Model:

• Direct Link - Suitable for merchant with e-commerce store (with e-commerce shopping cart) whereby integration is involved.
• Virtual Link - Suitable for merchant using HTML website or Web Blog to do e-commerce. This virtual link allow merchant to create a "Buy Now" button for the website or blog. Client only can buy one product every time.
• Virtual Terminal - Function similar with mobile wireless credit card terminal. Suitable for merchant to serve walk-in customer or running road show/exhibition that require credit card terminal. As long as merchant has laptop with Internet connection, he can use it.
• Email Payment - Allow merchant to send an online invoice to their client via email. Their client just needs to read the email, then click and pay.
• iPay88 Cart & Buy88 - Not available

iPay88 only has a standard price. There is no different charge for selecting particular or multiple E-Commerce Models.

If merchant wish to cancel the iPay88 merchant account, what are the procedures? Is there any extra charges?

Cancellation does not require charge but merchant need to contact iPay88 and provide 30 days prior notice to iPay88.
